I write you this note to share with you the recent achievement of the Club (SAFRA Mount Faber).
At the Annual Club Excellence Award Programme 2009/10, SAFRA Mt Faber was crowned the BEST CLUB IN 2009/10. We emerged tops amongst all the 5 Clubs in SAFRA, beating even the spanking new Club in SAFRA Jurong.
What was particularly significant to me was how well PROSEC’s Security Officers were ranked in terms of overall service. Bearing in mind that the audit/ assessment was done by external assessors, the achievement is indeed sweet. Vast improvement was also observed by the audit panel this year in comparison to FY 2008/09.
Overall, the PROSEC Security team at SAFRA Mt Faber was ranked with the TOP TIER band of the other exceptional vendor service outlets in all of SAFRA. Quite an achievement for the team as there would be easily at least 60 t0 80 of such outlets in total in SAFRA.
Personally, I have no doubt that the training programmes, as introduced in the past year, had contributed much to the overall improvement. PROSEC’s Customer Service Executive – Mr Alfred Low would also deserve much credit for his contribution here.
All in all, I believe that you should be as proud of your team at the Club as I am of their good work. We all regard your Security Officers as very much part of the full time team. This accolade would be good testament to their performance and I hope it will spur them to greater heights.
I look forward to many more good years in SAFRA and PROSEC’s partnership.
