This sector comprises of high end condominiums and government Schools.
Condominiums require trained PR security staff and concierge services. Security is mainly for access control, in terms of operating visitor management system in a form of e-concierge (PDA) , IGS, specialized booking of facilities, the welfare of the residents and easy access for visitors.
Government schools require access control activities, protection of children within the premises safety and security of all staffs and students and vetting of all outside NON-authorized personnel requiring entry.
In both sectors, well trained security staff in PR is essential.
